Charming Monschau 🇩🇪

The room was lekker comfy, with a powerful shower and ample towels—so nice after a long day! Staff were super friendly, always ready to help, which made my stay feel extra special. And the warm pool was just the cherry on top after being out in the cold.

Breakfast was a bit pricey for what you get, could’ve been better value.

We had a lovely time strolling through the nearby Eifel national park, which was perfect for our family. The vast selection of breakfast options was a hit with the kids, allowing us to fuel up for the day's adventures.

My children wished for a hot water kettle in our room.

It was just a great fit for a short stayover in Monschau and great for the money. The staff at the front desk were accommodating and friendly, which made check-in easy. Don’t expect much from the restaurant. better options are available nearby.

Convenient parking right at the entrance made our arrival hassle-free. The friendly staff, especially Mr Hassan, who thoughtfully highlighted halal options at breakfast, added a personal touch that was much appreciated. While the pool was enjoyable and mostly vacant, the room could have been better equipped, particularly lacking a hot water kettle for tea. Breakfast options were decent but didn't quite meet expectations for variety despite the fresh croissants available.

We arrived by bus, and it was a breeze heading back up the hill to the hotel instead of dragging our bags over cobblestones. The lovely indoor pool and relaxing sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only thing I noticed was that the room could get a bit warm, so maybe consider packing a fan.

Recommend it for group trips

The breakfast was excellent, a perfect way to start the day with a full spread, which made everyone in the group happy. I also appreciated that we could park our motorcycles right at the front—such a convenience! Plus, the staff was really helpful and professional, took care of us like they meant it.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly but the price was still fair for what we got, given the location and service.
